Will radiologists at InTown automatically see every radiograph I ever take?
Our doctors and staff have access to all the images on our remote servers, but they will only create reports for those radiographs that you select for submission. You will however have access to all of your clinic's submitted digital images online. If you are using our data back up system, you will have access to view all of your patients' radiographs.

What do I do if I need to cancel a request to have a radiograph read?

I can't send my images to your server
This may be related to a problem with your set up, your internet, our internet or any number of other things. We encourage you to call us at (781) 305-2266 to troubleshoot the problem. It would be ideal if you have access to both your x-ray machine and your PACS server while you are on the phone with us.

What if I don't have access to the internet at my clinic? Can I use my home internet?
An internet connection is necessary for you to be able to use this service. While you may check the status of your requests and look at radiographs that are stored on our servers from any computer with an internet connection, you will not be able to send radiographs without an internet connection.

Can associates at my hospital see my reports or do I need to provide them access?
All doctors associated with your hospital’s account are linked to each other, so all the veterinary staff at your hospital will have access to all uploaded cases. Everyone can keep track of where cases are in the queue, add new information as needed, or simply wait to receive the radiologist’s report.
Once you receive the final report, saving everything to your client's electronic account or printing it all out and adding it to their paper file is a breeze.
